swimfin.com.au has partnered with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to make sure your SwimFin purchases are delivered quickly and safely.

It's a good idea to include your work address as your nominated delivery address if you're likely to be at work on weekdays when your SwimFins are to be delivered and if there's unlikely to be someone present at your home to sign for the delivery. 


We will generally dispatch your order within 1 business day after the date of your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be delivered within Australia. 

For remote areas of Australia, especially locations offshore from the mainland, these delivery timeframes may be substantially longer due to limited delivery services in your area, even if you have chosen the Express Post option.


If you are at home when your parcel is delivered, you will be required for sign for it.  If you aren't at home, the parcel will be left in a safe place if one is available, or a notification card left and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office if no safe place is available.

You may also request to that a signature is required upon delivery of your order to your address. To do this, please indicate in the notes when ordering. 


In the very unlikely event that any of the products you order run out of stock on the day you order them, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to advise you of the revised approximate delivery timeframes or alternatives to the product ordered. If this occurs, you may choose to wait the revised delivery time period or make other purchase arrangements and we will happily refund your purchase. Our friendly customer service staff will keep you up to date on the estimated dispatch timeframes in the event we temporarily run out of stock of a product in your order.


Risk in and title to the Goods you order from swimfin.com.au passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address, or upon the Goods being left at your nominated Delivery Address if you have provided special delivery instruction with authority to leave the Goods at your Delivery Address, if no one is available to sign and collect the Goods at the time delivery is being attempted.

SwimFin Australia does not make Goods available for collection from SwimFin Australia’s offices unless specified otherwise.

SwimFin Australia will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect delivery name or delivery address details provided. SwinFin Australia will not be responsible for incorrect delivery address details for your order entered by you.

Delivery address confirmation is given on the order summary within the checkout process on swimfin.com.au. If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately. swimfin.com.au will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted and may have already been despatched or shipped. We will advise if this is the case and give you the contact number of Australia Post so that you can contact them to see if you can change the delivery address before your order is delivered.


The first thing to do is check that you are eligible for a refund.

1.1. In order to be eligible to returns your order and receive a refund, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
(a) the products you are returning must have been purchased on swimfin.com.au and received by you at your delivery address; AND
(b) the products you are returning must have been purchased and delivered within Australia only and not internationally; AND
(c) the products you are returning must be returned in the original condition that the products were in when you received them. Upon inspection, swimfin.com.au must be satisfied that the products returned are in the original condition that the products were in when you received them. 
The products being returned:
i. must not have been used; AND
ii. must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged (including any tissue paper, cardboard, plastic, boxes or similar); AND
iii. must include all of the original manufacturer’s labels and stickers attached to the products as they were when received by you; AND
iv. must be returned with all parts to the products included and assembled as they were when received by you; AND
v. the products being returned must have been sent by you to the Return Address specified in this Returns Policy only; AND
(e) you must have returned and swimfin.com.au must have subsequently received at the Return Address specified in section 5 of this Returns Policy, the products you are returning within 21 days after the date your order was submitted to and received by swimfin.com.au.
1.2. If you do not meet any one of these eligibility criteria, we may not process your request for a free return or a refund.

1.3. You choose to return the products to swimfin.com.au at your own cost. 1.4. If all of the other eligibility criteria in Clause 1 are met and you follow the Returns Process in Clause 2, we will process a refund in full for you.

1.5. If you have returned products to swimfin.com.au and we confirm that you have not met the eligibility criteria in Clause 1, we will contact you to arrange return of the products to you at your own cost.

1.6. swimfin.com.au reserves the right at all times to refuse to refund products where we consider an excessive number of returns have been made by you in any period of time.

1.7. If you choose to return any products, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to the products whilst in transit to swimfin.com.au.
Any returns, except as a result of a manufacturing defect (see clause 4 below), will be done so at your sole cost. If you return an item of Fitness Equipment, you will be required to pay the original cost of delivering the product to you in the first instance.

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this Returns Policy.
3.1 Where the transaction for your order in which the products being returned was made:
(a) Solely with a credit card or PayPal, a refund will be processed via either your credit card or PayPal account, whichever was used in the original transaction;
(b) Solely with swimfin.com.au Gift Vouchers, a refund will be processed by increasing the balance of the Gift Voucher, or by allocating a new Gift Voucher for use on swimfin.com.au;
3.2. For eligible refunds, the amount refunded will be the advertised price of the products at the time the original transaction took place, less any discount applied to the purchase as a result of a Promotional Code being used.

3.4. Please allow 10 days from the date your returned products are received at swimfin.com.au for your return to be processed.
4.1 Under this Returns Policy, a Manufacturing Defect includes products that are:
(a) Damaged; or
(b) Broken; or
(c) Worn; or
(d) Display poor workmanship; or
(e) Have parts missing or are in some way incomplete; or
(f) Substantially inconsistent with product stock photographs or product descriptions; or
(g) Not fit for the purposes for which they could reasonably be considered to be used.
 4.2. Where products are claimed to have a Manufacturing Defect and the products are returned, swimfin.com.au will, upon receipt, inspect the products. If after thoroughly inspecting the products:
(a) a Manufacturing Defect has been confirmed, swimfin.com.au will contact you to arrange for either a refund in accordance with section 4 of this Returns Policy or to arrange for a replacement of the Good to be sent to you at no extra cost to you.
(b) we determine there to be no fault with the products, we will contact you to arrange return of the products at your own cost.
4.3. swimfin.com.au carries out its own quality assurance checks prior to sending products out to you, however, where a Manufacturing Defect has been confirmed, we will contact the manufacturer to notify them in order to prevent the incidence of Manufacturing Defects going forward. swimfin.com.au takes pride in offering you the highest quality products by selecting the best quality manufacturers.
